General Questions
How do I change my reservation?
You can request a change directly from your Dashboard. Navigate to My Events, find the reservation, and select Request Change. Note that some changes might require manager approval.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes! You can cancel your own reservations at any time via the Dashboard. Once canceled, the slot will immediately become available for other users.
Why do some rooms say 'Not approved'?
Certain spaces or time slots (like night-time bookings) require manual review by a manager to ensure all safety and organizational guidelines are met. You will be notified by email once a decision is made.
Access & Permissions
I can't see a specific service in the top bar. Why?
Service visibility is based on your user permissions. If you believe you should have access to a room that isn't showing up, contact your manager to update your roles.
How do I log out?
Click your username in the top-right corner and select Logout. We recommend doing this if you are using a shared computer.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, ensure that your email address is correct in the reservation form. You can always view your confirmed bookings in the Dashboard even without the email.
